15-day window on ready-to-ship objects

You have 15 days from delivery to return a ready-to-ship piece for a full refund. The object must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@forma.studio with your order number.
2. We confirm within 1 business day and share a return label if the return is on us.
3. Pack the piece securely — re-use the original packaging if you can.
4. Drop it off at the courier or schedule a pickup.
5. Refund lands in 5 business days after we receive the return.

What we pay for

• Return shipping for manufacturing defects and our errors.
• Return shipping for exchanges (you get the new piece free of charge on shipping).
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for the 15-day return but ARE covered by Lifetime Care. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we reprint or repair at no cost, or refund if a reprint isn't possible.
