Terms of Service

1. About FORMA

FORMA Studio ("FORMA", "we", "us") is a designer and manufacturer of 3D-printed home objects, based in Bengaluru, India. The website forma.studio ("Site") and the FORMA mobile or web experience are operated by FORMA Studio.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We accept an order only when (a) the product is in stock or confirmed for made-to-order production, (b) your payment has been authorized, and (c) we have sent you an order confirmation by email. Until all three happen, no contract exists.

We may decline orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or for commercial redistribution. The Site is for end-customer purchases only.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; in that case we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of order via Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, EMI, and Cash on Delivery where available. Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for certain pincodes or order values.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your pincode and whether the piece is in stock or made-to-order. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

7. Lifetime Care promise

Every FORMA object is covered by Lifetime Care — free reprint at print-cost for manufacturing defects, and free repair for one year from delivery. See the Care Guide for what this covers and how to make a claim.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, product copy, and the FORMA wordmark are the property of FORMA Studio. You may share them for non-commercial editorial use with attribution; everything else needs our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, FORMA's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
