1. Where we ship

Anywhere in India. We're working on international shipping — join the newsletter to be notified when we launch.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery depends on your pincode and whether the piece is in stock or made-to-order:

• Ready-to-ship, metro — 2 to 4 business days.
• Ready-to-ship, tier 1 / tier 2 — 4 to 6 business days.
• Ready-to-ship, tier 3 / J&K / NE — 6 to 8 business days.
• Made-to-order — 7 to 14 business days (includes 3 to 7 days of print time).

The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

3. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500. Below that, it's a flat ₹99 anywhere in India.

4. Couriers

We ship with Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post — the courier is chosen based on your pincode, weight, and the service level required for safe delivery.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link. You can also see real-time status in your account.

6. Delays

We hit our estimates ~95% of the time. If something goes wrong (weather, regional disruption, a courier breakdown), we'll email you proactively with the updated ETA. You can also reach us at orders@forma.studio.
