Cancellation Policy

1. Before the order ships

You can cancel any order that has not yet shipped. For ready-to-ship pieces, that's typically within 24 hours of placing the order. For made-to-order pieces, you can cancel until we begin production (usually within 48 hours of order).

To cancel, email orders@forma.studio with your order number. We'll process the cancellation and initiate a refund to your original payment method.

2. After the order ships

Once the order has shipped, the standard Refund Policy applies. You can refuse the delivery and we'll process a refund on our end once the package returns to us.

3. Custom and bespoke

Custom and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. We'll send you a confirmation email when production begins so you have a clear cancellation window.

4. Refund timing

Approved cancellations are refunded within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or wallet may take 2–7 additional days to reflect the credit.
